began his studies in music and became a professional
musician at the age of 16. He went on to study music with world
renowned flutist and composer James Newton at University of
California, Irvine.
Lenon Honor has produced 4 albums of music and has
performed in the U.S. and abroad. His latest album titled Soul
Visions was released in November of 2009 and can be

child she was raised in the Caribbean and was introduced to
herbology at a very young age. She is a certified massage
therapist and Acuppresure/Shiatsu practitioner with
experience in both midwifery and naturopathy.
Ayida has given birth to 4 children. Her first two children were
birthed at a birthing center. Her other two children were
birthed at home. Ayida uses her experience in traditional and
montessori school environments to home-school her four
children.

"The Native Style Cookbook: A Family Oriented Approach to

Myztifyan, who some also know as Pinky or Pinky2dye4, was
born and raised in Detroit Michigan where she experienced
the hardships and challenges of growing up in an atmosphere
that was being flooded with drugs and violence. At that time
she was considered to be a troubled teen and, after dropping
out of high school at the age of 16, gave birth to her daughter
at age of 17.
Determined to give her daughter the best of opportunities,
Myztifyan decided to turn her life around and began college
where she excelled. She graduated from Highland Park
College and subsequently attended Wayne State University
with a concentration in Psychology and Childhood
Development.
Professionally, Myztifyan has worked as a Psychologist and a
Social worker. In her 15 years of service she has helped
hundreds of families and individuals to overcome poverty and
the many challenges present in urban environments.
Myztifyan seeks to share her creative talents in the areas of
music, film production, poetry, and crafts. Myztifyan believes
that being creative fulfills the soul and gives birth to endless
possibilities.
